Applicable Law & General Information. This site is created and controlled by Innovative MedTech in the Commonwealth of Delaware, USA. As such, the laws of the Commonwealth of Delaware shall apply to these Terms of Use, including the Innovative MedTech Privacy Policy, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Delaware for any claim or dispute against Innovative MedTech arising under these Terms of Use, including the Innovative MedTech Privacy Policy. This provision shall survive termination for any reason.

This shall be the entire agreement, superseding all prior agreements between you and Innovative MedTech regarding this site. If any portion of these Terms of Use is found to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then that portion shall be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that matches the intent of the original provision as closely as possible. In such event, the remainder of these Terms of Use shall continue to be enforceable and valid according to terms contained herein.

You must file any claim arising from the use of this site within one year from the date on which the claim arises. The failure of Innovative MedTech to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of said right or provision.
